Radio Lapin, histoires de luttes

"Until rabbits have historians, history will be told by hunters." This phrase, coined by journalist Daniel Mermet to refer to the work of historian Howard Zinn, serves as the compass for Radio Lapin. An ephemeral radio station run by artists Alice Vannier, Sacha Ribeiro and journalist Antoine Chao. Together, they are attempting to reconstruct a piece of the history of rabbits, to collect the stories distorted by hunters, and to lead this cultural battle.
We'll be talking about the rise of fascism, how to defeat the extreme right, and the need to defend a vision other than that imposed by the dominant media of the "Bollosphere" and most politicians. What can we do to prevent lies from infiltrating everything, including our lives, our histories and our realities? The show explores these questions, drawing not only on recordings of struggles collected by Antoine Chao, but also on the work of committed historians, philosophers and artists. Far from formatted discourse, this program draws inspiration from social and environmental struggles to rewrite another history, that of the invisible, the forgotten and the resistant. All with militant energy and a fierce determination not to let lies prevail.
