For booksellers

theatre.info offers a wide range of pages to help you discover the contemporary plays[1] on offer.

Booksellers are often keen to expand their theatre departments (in their bookshops and in partner theatres) but lack comprehensive information. theatre.info offers them a page that brings together information on the presence of contemporary texts published in their town.

A barcode on all texts

All texts are displayed with their barcodes (EAN), enabling direct ordering via each bookseller's software.

An ‘order form’ export

To help booksellers place orders, the ‘Texts on Show’, ‘City’, ‘Publisher’, ‘Venue’ and ‘Presenter’ pages can be exported to PDF, listing the texts with the following information : Publisher, author, title, EAN, barcode, venue and performance dates (sorted chronologically) and an order field for booksellers.

A distributor page

To make it easier for you to see the catalogues offered by the distributors, a page has been created showing all the texts on show for each distributor, with the option of filtering by town and exporting them as PDF files.

The ‘My town’ tab

By using the ‘My town’ menu, booksellers can use a single click to access the texts soon to be on stage in their town.

A tool for presenters

theatre.info also offers an equivalent function on each presenter's page.

[1] Contemporary plays are texts by authors (or translators) that are not in the public domain (this applies to authors and translators who have been dead for less than 70 years).
