After the performance, on an engagement night, all the little arrangements each has made with himself are no longer bearable, and all relationships, family or professional, are called into question. Each will then ask himself the question of continuing or leading his desire, even if this may lead each to leave the troupe.

And if the outcome seems to be infinite solitude, perhaps being able to rest his head on the shoulder of a fellow traveler makes the suffering of this choice more bearable.

This staging, Grégory Faive's first, is the foundation on which subsequent creations will rest: what connects and opposes us to one another, how the language of theater enables us to tell what we don't know how to say in real life.

And above all, to seek to tell the tragic tale of existence with the smile that enables us to bear it.
