Nos Rêvoltes

Nos Rêvoltes has been for me, from the outset, an eventful journey, full of bumps, through the land of childhood, for this show that we're aiming at young audiences, from middle school onwards. Here, it's not a question of tender years, but of wounded children.

This show was born in homes, during an EAC project led by the Compagnie Les Petites Gens, the author, Simon Grangeat, and their partners, the ADDAS of the Occitanie Region.

This immersion enabled us to write in the real world: our two characters were crafted from these encounters with children and supervisory staff: psycholo- gues, educators, social assistants.

We tackle the painful and taboo issue of maternal incest, with tact. The clues are there, very present, but allow questioning and double reading children / adults.
