Les Règles du savoir-vivre dans la société moderne

Add to my favorites

Two slightly uptight archivists have found a treasure in the town hall archives: in an old grimoire, the manuscript of the rules of etiquette in modern society. In their great and strict respect for tradition and good manners, they give a diligent, meticulous, sometimes authoritative reading of it, with a deadpan tone and a quirky sense of humor.

Three spotlights, a table, a lectern and a Marianne... This show is itinerant and can be adapted to different configurations.

Most often, the first part takes place in the marriage hall of the Town Hall, then the second in the church, with the audience moving around. It resonates particularly humorously in these settings, which themselves play out the meaning of the text.
