Another man and a woman appear and read the text. Perhaps they're going to perform the play; they're actors. Or maybe they're just discovering it, like discovering a friend's text.
What the play written by the first man tells is memories, fragments of their lives when they were younger.
What the play they discover tells is the first man's version of the love story they lived and how it ended. This is the fiction he has constructed.
The second man and the woman contribute their comments - or their memories.
The love story is the essay, the memory and the construction of a story.
