Spice in the eyes is the intertwined story of a young man and a young woman, both off on the road in search of a better life.

She's fleeing war, he's driven by an inextinguishable thirst to learn and continue studying, which makes him capable of braving all dangers. From one sequence to the next, we follow the alternating journeys of these two young people as they confront our world and - without resignation - struggle to build a dignified existence for themselves.

Spice in the Eyes begins legally and ends undocumented, starts under the skies of Africa and ends on the streets of France. In between: exiles, escapes, resourcefulness and, above all, the irresistible desire not to suffer.
