A ten-year-old orphan is nicknamed Lucifer by his fifth-grade classmates, who put him through hell. Humiliation, mockery, physical violence, everything goes. At home, the boy says nothing to his grandmother, preferring to help her build houses of cards. At school, instead of pulling out the horns, he chooses to study his tormentor with a magnifying glass to better understand him. After all, maybe it's Gabriel who's going wrong?
Antonio Carmona tackles school bullying and child cruelty with a keen sense of lightness and hope, making us want to believe in a better tomorrow.
