L'Infiltré

Humorist, author, director, actor and former singer, Océan recently came to prominence for the documentary series he made for France Télévisions about his gender transition. Here, he offers a hybrid theatrical solo combining lecture, drawing, drag, sketches, testimonials, sound archives, videos... in a playful, sensitive atmosphere. Through amusing anecdotes about humans and animals, Ocean popularizes what science tells us about the complexity of sexuation and questions sexual differentiation. He also presents himself as an "infiltrator" in the world of men. By exploring the codes of "boys clubs" such as gyms, he observes the singularity of male friendship and questions the injunctions linked to virility, as well as the dominant norm of the heterosexual white man.
