Seven journeys: the story of an exile, its cost, and its successive losses, told through the eyes of a child.

To escape the war in their country, two children, Nafi and Krysia, brave every danger: smugglers, wolves, mountains, forced labor, and a raging ocean... Nafi doesn’t have much in his single suitcase, but he knows by heart the many stories his father told him. So now he, in turn, tells them to Krysia. After seven journeys, like Sinbad the Sailor, the children arrive in London, which they believed to be an Eldorado.
