This reading, accompanied by a string quartet and clarinet, evokes Jean-Luc Lagarce's personal life, his love of the theater and his battle with illness.

Hervé Pierre reprises here, in particular, excerpts from texts he performed in stagings by François Berreur accompanied by a Mozart quartet (opening for Lagarce's first professional show) and music by Christian Girardot, who composed numerous incidental scores for Jean-Luc Lagarce.
