Jeux de Massacre is a macabre, madcap farce. In fifteen tableaux, ten performers portray the varied behavior of the population of a town suddenly struck by an epidemic. A playground for Ionesco, who spiritedly depicts the tares, contradictions, aberrations and malice of the human species when confronted with the fear of dying.
