Poetic wanderings into the mysteries of grief,I am the wind takes us on a philosophical journey between life and death.

We are embarked with two characters simply named "the one" and "the other" on an imaginary boat. One is on his way to the afterlife, and the other must learn to live without him. In a setting that vacillates between sky and sea, the characters are suspended in the poetic space of mourning, where the living can still speak to the dead. A moving exchange takes place between the one who leaves and the one who remains. Oscillating between the great existential questions and the prosaic realities of life, the show sometimes manages to make us laugh with great delicacy. Taking care never to firmly establish the relationship between the two characters, I am the wind allows the spectator to project himself to establish his own relationship to this theme that concerns us all in one way or another. By resonating in this way with everyone's grief, the play nevertheless also emerges broadly as a joyous, vibrant celebration of life.
