Ayoub

The project was born with the intention that Marina could save a man in a vulnerable situation and, at the same time, that this man would save her from loneliness. The appearance of Ayoub transformed this quest; his name ("the returnee" or "the repentant") is very popular in Islamic countries: 615 children bearing this name were murdered by the Zionist state of Israel in the Gaza Strip. It is in tribute to these deaths that she has given her name to this work, which speaks of Ayoub, colonialism and Palestine. And everything she wants to kill within herself.
