Sarah et Hugo

Sarah, 32, a cashier, dreams of becoming a teacher and has resumed her studies after having to abandon them as a teenager following the birth of her son Hugo. At 16, Hugo left school to work, preferring manual labor to his studies.

In an apartment in the Paris suburbs, the play reveals, in direct contact with the audience, the daily life of this mother and her son, between sacrifices, compromises and unconditional love. Together, they navigate life's challenges, disagreements and financial difficulties, all the while trying not to get in the way of each other's aspirations.
A story at once brutal, tender but also unique.
