Projet Polytechnique
Language
French
Every December 6 since 1989, Jean-Marc has honored the memory of the victims of the Polytechnique bombing. His cousin, Anne-Marie Edward, was one of them. But in recent years, other voices have begun to be heard, full of hatred for women, particularly on the web. Alongside Marie-Joanne, an actress, mother of a young boy and tired of the law of silence that hangs over these assaults, he ventures to plumb the depths of prevailing misogyny.
The duo then sets out on the trail of a multi-headed monster, looking as much at gun control as at toxic masculinity and online radicalization. So many taboo subjects, and yet. To break the cycle of violence, we'll have to reopen the conversation.
