Mes parents
Language
French
_Mes parents_ is a performative proposition that ventures into the tender
and cruel look that children take at their parents, and what they know and don't know about them.
How parents live and support (or not) their children's artistic vocation, how young people question adult sexuality, and a political reflection on what generational transmission means today.
Mohamed El Khatib initiated informal conversations with the students during confinement, _via_ their computer screens, during which they talked about their lives and those of their parents. These exchanges became the pretext for a theatrical moment that is all the more powerful for having been brought to the stage by those who have spoken up.
