Two workmen are repainting a balcony black. They seem to be in a timeless space that could be eternity. As they work, they talk and ask each other questions. Their dialogue is simple and unadorned, focusing on issues and facts that are both fundamental and everyday.
Suddenly, a woman appears, observing the world and listening to it. She brings colour, imagination and life. She offers a space where the marvellous, the burlesque and the delicate are within the reach of thought.
Tino Caspanello aims ‘to reconstruct, from a metaphysical perspective, those fleeting moments of everyday life that all too often escape our notice, by capturing the instant, inhabiting it as a moment of the soul, and giving it voice’.
