Fragments morts

Language
French
à l'abri de rien'' is a fragmentary fresco on the question of death, the most distant, or the closest, of the mother. It retraces the atypical paths of death, highlighting human contradictions at their source. The sometimes violent texts deal bluntly with our fear of death, and our ways of dealing with it. A scalpel-sharp style of writing that doesn't shy away from tenderness. Mohamed El Khatib's first book, this exploration imposes a few mournful thoughts on the reader, while maintaining a playful distance. All for 10 euros. As the author says: "At that price, you can only create misunderstanding. After all, it's not so bad".
