*La Lueur d’un la*c* is about love, work, and violence in a world crumbling amid mirages, optical illusions, and hallucinations. This story is like an imaginary film that brings together women and men from different backgrounds. The stories emerge and vanish like nesting Russian dolls, eventually engulfing their own characters in the deep waters of time: two lovers who meet at a concert in Manchester, two secret lovers in Athens, a trans woman in Paris, and the audience at a premiere at La Fenice in Venice.
