Teenage selection for the ‘Je lis du Théâtre’ programme 2024–2025, Athénor – CNCM St Nazaire.

Two teenage girls.
Jo, a chatty, radiant whirlwind. Léo, wild, raw and sensual.
They first meet at secondary school, where Jo arrives mid-term to follow her mother, who downplays the risks of nuclear power stations.
Their first assignment together: to play Olivia and Viola in Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare. It’s on for marks and will be performed in front of the whole class.
Jo and Léo will size each other up, circle each other, become friends and eventually recognise each other.
