Nono - whose head is sometimes elsewhere - has always had one idea: to have a gigantic fiesta for his tenth birthday. He's been bugging his friends about the color of the garlands, the cakes and the playlist.

Only when storm Marie-Thérèse arrives and blows its furious gusts across the country, everything is called into question.

How can we all get together when Nono lives in the building across the street? How can we continue to communicate? How can they explore the closed, hygienic, associable world imposed on them?
