Jean Robert-Charrier is an author and theater director. He brings contemporary plays to the stage that combine biting humor with social commentary, such as Nelson (2014), Jeanne (2017), and 1983 (2022). At just 25 years old, he became the director of the Théâtre de la Porte de Saint-Martin, then of the Bouffes Parisiens in 2024.
