Choreographer Christian Ubl and gardener Gilles Clément, designer of the gardens at Valloires Abbey, know how to observe the transformation of a seed into a creation: brought together on stage, they blend their identities, their practices, and their perspectives on life. Between the stage and the garden, they humorously explore “global mixing,” migration, and the adaptation of species.
