In the ruins of her home, destroyed by war, a young child plays with a kitten. Through fantastical stories she tells herself, she seeks to apprehend this new world from the other side of the looking glass and embarks on a game of survival, where compromise, despair and empathy make one grow.

Inspired by Lewis Caroll's masterpiece La Traversée du miroir, using puppetry and the misappropriation of objects, we engulf the audience in this world now orphaned of all rationality, where the absurd logic of a child's fantasy suddenly becomes salutary, an indispensable weapon against the manipulation of words and the domination of noxious ideas.
