Que ma joie demeure

After the Trois Mousquetaires series performed all over France, away from theater venues, Clara Hédouin offers a new open-air romance epic with Que ma joie demeureby Jean Giono. On a plateau in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, a mysterious "leprosy" or rather sadness has crept into the daily lives of men and women who work the land. But one night, on the edge of the forest, "Bobi" appears, a stranger who will lead them to take a new look at themselves, the soil they cultivate and the forest that surrounds them. With him, birds will repopulate the sky, and wild animals the forest that borders the fields. "Maybe you've been cultivating the land a little too much from side to side?" says Bobi to the people on the plateau. Maybe... and a whole world changes. Gradually, depression gives way to joy, and soon the latter invades everything, with a sensuality and desire that devours the characters... until death.

A show that alternates acting and walking, weaving actors and spectators into the landscape, during a sensitive journey through a living environment.
