After immersing themselves in Jules Verne's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and experiencing George Langelaan's La Mouche, Christian Hecq and Valérie Lesort move from fiction to reality in this new burlesque adventure. Discover the incredible story of the Siamese twins who took over Broadway

Daisy and Violet were born at the turn of the last century. Abandoned at birth, they were taken in by Mary Hilton, the midwife who brought them into the world. While this may seem a kind act, the two sisters end up being exploited and passed from hand to hand, turning them into veritable freaks of the fair. Their growing success takes them to the stages of Broadway, where they perform as music-hall stars, before sadly sinking into misery and oblivion.

Christian Hecq and Valérie Lesort never cease to surprise us with their ever-inventive stagings. This time, the inseparable duo bring us the astonishing destiny of the famous sisters in a circus setting featuring musical numbers, dance and magic. Alongside them: a duo of ring boys who are clowns, comedians and magicians all rolled into one, embodying the various encounters that changed their lives.

A journey through time, oscillating between theater, freak show and cabaret, taking us from laughter to tears.
