Le Petit Chaperon rouge

Le Petit Chaperon rouge

Starting with the Grimm brothers' version of Little Red Riding Hood and not Charles Perrault's, the Das Plateau collective offers an immersive, plastic experience for young and old alike. A choice to rediscover this founding and emancipating tale that plays on our shared reading, our fears of forests and wolves, and our projections as we enter unknown territory. This initiatory tale, performed by two actors on the borderline between dream, magic and theatrical artifice, invites spectators to immerse themselves in a world of projected images, mirror reflections and kaleidoscopes of mysterious silhouettes. For some, it's a forest to stroll and daydream through, while for others it's a forest to stride through. A forest like a visual and jubilant poem, at the level of a free child who has choice and life ahead of her.
