La maison est noire

Two women enamored of poetry, life and freedom meet 60 years apart. One - the immense Iranian poetess Forough Farrokhzad - who disappeared in 1967, is invoked by the other, actress and director Mina Kavani, exiled in France for twelve years. From the Iran of yesterday to today, between the young artist and her eldest daughter, condemned for her freedom, a thread of burning poetry, sensuality and cinema is woven, in subtle harmony with an original score by Erik Truffaz.
