ÉTHER

Two planets between heaven and earth. In a lunar landscape, the two entities face each other, one seeming to mirror the other. Two beings explore the palette of possible relationships, by turns allies, enemies, sisters or strangers. Crossing all the emotions arising from the constrained sharing of a territory, they transform the space, or the space transforms them. Sometimes merging, sometimes preventing, these women echo our fears and mutual attractions. The Other is experienced as a myth, or conversely as a natural given, to be apprehended with peaceful simplicity. A fascinating paradox with which we are all constantly confronted.

The company is starting a new cycle based on human relationships.the first installment, Ether, explores relational mechanisms, plunging two individuals into a huis clos where "entering into a relationship" becomes a game with multiple physical, emotional and spatial forms.

If Fractales explored the adversity of a group in the face of the elements, Ether is an in-depth study of the in-betweens governing the constrained sharing of a territory. An eminently topical question: whether to confront, support, distance or merge. What choices are open to us?
