Poet, slam poet, feminist, lesbian, LGBTQIA+ activist and permanent exile, Joëlle Sambi is one of the most committed and inspiring figures on the current scene. She has forged a path where poetry is performance, at the crossroads of artistic forms and social struggles. Her work is showcased both in activist venues and on national stages, such as the Théâtre National Wallonie-Bruxelles, where she is an associate writer.
