The title of this musical evening is that of one of its Lieder. With this Swan Song, Romeo Castellucci invites us to listen again to Schubert's music in the ancestral cavern of a theater. "How can this singer know my intimacy better than I do? What is the origin of this music that so deeply touches my own origin? And where do my tears come from, devoid of content and so far removed from the sentimentality I detest?" asks the director, sitting in the dark. (Festival d'Avignon 2013)
