Une vie là-bas

A Life Over There tells the story of a child and his father’s migration. We follow the stages of this journey through the child’s innocent eyes. His father does his utmost to shield him from the horrors they encounter on their chaotic journey. At every stop, the father hides the truth from his child by making up stories… For example, bomb blasts become fireworks… until they arrive in Country 2.0, which isn’t quite what they had imagined.
